Seems like a lot of Laguna Seca related posts on the car blogs lately because of the Ferrari Racing Days last weekend.

A buddy of mine and I have been going back and forth trying to get the best time with a stock (except for racing softs) '91 NSX.

He's got a 1:34.870.
I'm at a 1:35:917.

Curious what other, more skilled people can do with the same setup.

Hmm. I might have a go later today. Is it restricted to road cars? I want to try out my new GT by Citroen Race Car :D

EDK
Hmm - SRF, much?
I think for fun I'm going to run the obvious car for this "combo". 💡

1:11.993 - Mercedes CLK-GTR
796hp / 1000kgs.
A crappy lap, but the hardest thing to do was adjust to the ridiculous driving technique needed to maximize SRF, never used it before.
I'm sure 1:10's, if not 1:09's are doable. ;)

Hi three08 ive beat the time only by a few tenths but i got a red flagged lap time of 1.11.964 so when i get a time similar to the 1.11 ill get a video sorted.

You should have thought this through, the max hp and kg is set to your car specifically. Its not really fair because you designed the time trial for you to have one of the best cars you can use.

Its fair when everyone can use the same car.

Everybody has something to say. Just shut up and post times with or without srf. Put something up for me to beat with it off.

I will give this a go in few. Video to follow.

1:32:36 in a 850HP (571PP) Chevrolet SST Pickup. Got full tuning mods, but no tuning yet, start experimenting soon...

1:31:23 in a 700HP (573PP) Charger 440RT - same as above for tuning.

And if I remember correctly, my 430 Scuderia did it under 1:34 easy, no mods.
