Lamborghini Diablo 2000 / GT car

I want to know is the Lamborghini Diablo 2000 / GT car  a myth, cause i've seen it on a few car lists but i dont know where to get it, do you win it or do you  buy it or what? does anyone have it?

The car was originally in the game, but then taken out prior to the game launching. I believe it was due to Lamborghini being licenced with another developer as is the same for Ferrari...
