i have to apologize, i don't have screenshots of the time or anything, but i run a 59 in the denso supra at midfield. the next time i play, i'll take a picture of it. acutally, i have it saved, so i'll run it and take a picture of it.

i just did 4 laps with the castrol supra (must have sold denso) and the best i could muster was a 1.02.944. Im thinkin the denso has a bit more power than the castrol

if you want, i'll post my settings and details about the run. the car is set to drift, but i don't know how to adjust the camber and damper and other settings in the suspension except for spring rate, rideheight, and stabelizers. the denso is one of my favorite cars.

if anyone can explain to me what changing the dampers, and camber and other things does to the car, i can see if i can drop that time down some more.

Ive found its best to have 0 camber on front and back. That way your racing with the full face of the tyres and getting maximum grip.

With damper, i have mine set on 1 all round. Makes the car nice and rigid.

Spring rate i would put about 15 for front and 13 for rear. Nice and firm. You may end up with extra wheelspin but its fun.

Change your stabiliser to 7. Helps make the car rigid.

Thats how i set up all my cars. STIFF AS HELL!!! I do ok with lap times.

The less body roll you have, the more stable the car is, hence my stiff settings. the car has basically no body roll. when the car body rolls, its shifting the weight to the other side of the car, this can cause spinouts. my rigid cars stay the same and i have less spin outs.

make sure your using super soft tyres too.

This tears it!!
You are Jedi!!! Admit it!!
:D Instruct us in the ways of the force. :D

Two questions:
1. What car(s) did you use?
2. Are you related to Michael Schumacher the racing driver?

:P

Funny thing is, besides Grand Valley 1 and Complex 1 and 2, I've improved all those times. 😈 ;)

1 - Stated above, the F094/S (NTSC equivalent to the Polyphony 001)
2 - Possibly, but if I am, it's very distantly. My family came over to America from Germany like in the late 1800's. I've wondered this myself before. Haven't traced my tree back that far, I might do that sometime. :D

Now you guys know why I can put up times as fast or faster than the Germans of Arco, jmr, Flinx, and czsimo. Because German blood runs through me. ;) :P

I maybe American, but technically racing is all German. :fdevil: So no matter who is the best, German pride still reigns strong. :D

then I represent both countries, the great U.S.A., which I call my home ;) , and the great Germany, which my family originally hails from. :D

....and I say **** both :fdevil: :fdevil: :fdevil: :fdevil:

j/k jbs :D

It would be cool (and amazingly coincidental) if you were related to the king of f1.

Pity you don't have GT3 Dudebuster :(

A few of us will be having an i-link get together soon.

Where abouts in Brissie do you live mate?

I used to live in Beenleigh for a while (could not wait to get out of the place though ;)
