What way do you tune your cars to do the 0-400?

I have managed to get a Subaru IMPREZA WRX STi Spec C with

494BHP/6400rpm
647.00NM/4400rpm
1164KG

Down to 07.972 with an estimated 0-60 in 1.5-2 seconds 👍

Anyone else got any good times?

I wouldnt say that!

I just spent alot of time tweaking each setting to perfection

I got it down to 08.734 and a mate said he would pay me if I got it down to 7 seconds, which I did

Nice job! Using the same WRX I've been able to throw down 8.2, but I still can't break into that 7 second realm.

Have you tried any of the other WRX race cars? I've noticed that the production STI C has the fastest 400m time of the ones I've acquired so far.

You should play with the gear ratios/LSD/Downforce a bit 👍

if a WRX can do it in 7 secs, try it on subaru super touring car (around 800hp)!! i bet ya u will do better. It has an amazing acceleration...

Nice! in GT3 i made a 6.9 run with a 1064 hp Nissan Skyline r34 V-spec II .......but thats GT3 so yea... i think ive only done a 8 sec in GT4 . Haven't payed alot of attention to drag racing. Nice work man!

by the time he reaches a speed that makes the wing effective, he won't need the downforce. Then all it will do is add drag.

What speed is that? When i added the wing it shaved some .100's of my time 👍

I would think 70-80mph, but I dunno how effective their wings are... do you guys get wheel spin in 3rd gear in these cars?

MY SUBE RAN A BEST TIME OF 7.806 BUT THAT AINT MY FASTEST CAR MY TOYOTA MINOlTA RAN A BEST TIEM OF 7.374

i got my WRX STI Spec-C to a 7.857 but i cant do much better than that. i want to get a car to do a wheelie. on GT2 my buddy tuned a dodge copperhead to do a wheelie off the line. so i know it can be done.

wheelies.....not to sure if they are possible in this game but you can try maxing everything out in the back of the suspension and maxing all in the front. then run a high final gear. probably around a 4.56? and super soft tires. Note: thats just a guess and i'm not even going to stand behind this post.

WoW! I was just about to buy one for 400m, would you mind posting your settings for me! the best we got my friends to go was a 8.2, and I want to go faster!!!

Also, can someone post settings for a Tommy Kaira ZZII, its my favorite car in the game, but i cant get a respectible time out of it, best; 8.44 @ 184mph. I started a threat about this, but no one posted their settings. I would expect the car to go 7.8 but I'm stuck in the 8s! HELP PLEASE!!!

I run all my cars w/ traction off, it makes you put a lot more skill into launching the car and tuning it to hook up!

Dude, somone has already posted their subaru wrx times already in the seven's. He also gave the specs. and I will give them again because im not greedy, and im not taking credit for these....

..... thats about it, just use full shot no2 the whole run and use super soft tires. I did not have a wing on my wrx but u can try to mess with the downforce and see if u get better results!

My buddy does 1/4 mile IRL here in Michigan with his '99 Mustang, and runs 11s...

In GT4 the only thing he does is 1/4s, and he's got the Mustang GT-R or whatever it's called down to 8.6.
