Leaving online races

Hi, I am new to this forum and recently bought GT sport. I have couple of questions, but i will ask this to begin with:

Do everyone leave an online race after just 1 race??
Lets say i choose gr. 3 cars and a track like Nurburgring, Yamagiva or whatever track with 7 or 8 players in the room. When the ongoing race is finished i "enter race" and "go to track". As soon as i am on the track they leave the room one by one. Is no one playing a track/race more than once in a row?? What happened with starting a new race immediately an just keep racing together? Rather irritating

It happen sometimes, but there is a lot lobbies where ppl staying for many hrs

Well, I don't know where to ask but don't want to open new thread .... today I've had an online race and won it, but one of contestants notoriusly tried to make it miserable. He was first, spun out and waited for me every lap to push me out of the track. I've saved replay from it and the question is... is there any sense in sending it to PD somewhere or report such activity to punish that guy?

And I don't think there's any point because it's part of the game, not cheating or anything, but you could try.
