Legendary Car Cycle @6months

it was 74 days - I plotted a years worth of rotations and up til end Aug it was pretty much bang on. However, since the last update they skipped 25 cars due between end August and mid Sept so the rotation will have changed significantly. We'll see what happens with the current rotation to see whether they randomise it further...

Thanks.
I'm anxious for the '98 CLK given I missed it that last go around and seen it was last on the list in June.
If it drops back into a 'normal' rotation it'll be sometime mid October but it's impossible to guess what they'll do at the moment, they seem to be messing around with Hagerty rotations a bit at the moment

Much appreciated crew. I'm guessing they have a monkey, with a bucket of Yahtzee dice, just rolling to his heart's content, determining the rotation.

Was there ever truly a normal rotation? It's difficult to say with such a small sample.

there was, yes. It was a small sample but there was definite 74 day rotation for the first few times. They then messed around with the Ferrari F40 by pulling from the rotation for a month and this time they pulled 25 cars out. It was pretty easy to plot, there are a number of examples in the legendary cars thread where it was plotted out and also lots of discussion around the F40 at the time. If memory serves me right they swapped the F40 and the RX500 around...

oh very good. I've sorted the data there by initial occurrences and the pattern's much more obvious now.
