I've started doing Le Mans instead, got bored of Sardegna. It's nice having some different cars to run and playing with strategy a bit more.

I used to take notes about every Gr.3 and Gr.4 I ran at Sardegna and Le Mans. (Total running time, fastest lap, fuel map, etc)

Building this personal ranking of mine helped me work through the car collection (I bought and drove every Gr.3 and 4 cars at those tracks) while keeping the grinding motivation up somehow.

But I'm glad this is over now 😅 I have completed the car collection few weeks ago.

Nowadays I ran Le Mans with engine swapped cars, not as often as before though.

I don't think the weeklies ever pay at a rate better than 1.5M per hour. Usually it's around a million, and often reliant on getting a good prize for a ticket too. Plus, you can only do that once per week, as opposed to 24 times per day.

How many days cars usually last in the showcase?

I use the Nissan Xanavi GT500 car and win by about a minute every time with a pretty much for sure CRB. Prize is 727K for 26 minutes time. Pit on lap 9 btw...one stop. Just have to lean the fuel to 6 near the end of lap 6...then after the pit stop back to 1 for fuel and gun it till the end!

This week : 100k + 200k (+races prizes) + 6* that could end up in a 1M and will be at least 500k.

sure, like I said. So you can count on 800K (plus a bit of change) for your hour...as they usually take about an hour. True it's not another grind at Sardegna, but honestly, it's not like it's that much different. And if you've already done it for the week and still need 1.5M, well it's no help anymore till next week. But, that's just me...and I really don't enjoy racing much in general. And oddly enough, I actually still kind of enjoy running Sardegna...even after hundreds of iterations. I have little goals I try and achieve each time that make it sort of fun.

But for sure the weeklies are an option for some cash. I just feel like if I need money for a car I'd rather go in knowing exactly what sort of time expense will be involved and just get it done as quickly as I can.

Now I'm up to around $17m cr so getting close to getting the Jaguar XJ13 Race Car (which should be coming up soon) I need to complete my three legendary cars trophy. So should I hold off getting any of these or if I do, what order should I get them (ie, which has the longest rotation?)

Either the CLK-LM or the 8C as both F1 GTRs appear atleast once a month-month 1/2 because of the weekly GT500 JGTC race events. The Alfa and LM appear I think every 3 or so months. I would personally go for the LM as you can get much more use out of it at Sardegna, Spa 1hr and even some 700PP events if detuned enough.

Stick sardegna on easy. Use any 800pp race car. It's harder not to win, assuming you've played the game for a while

If you can afford the CLK LM, GET IT. The 800 PP races become cake walks once you do and the best part is, you don't even have to do any adjustments for it to fit under the PP limit.

Picked up the black 959 and 365 last night, as well as the black 512BB, before they all went out of stock. It was a black car kinda night! Back down to 4mil now, so might need to get back on the grind, but looks like I've got some time before the Merc comes back around.

Tempted by that candy apple red Mustang. Looks SO GOOD in that colour!!
