Grab a LeMans car (R390 / GT-One / 787B suggested) and hit Leguna Seca for 24 hours of racing fun!!

If anyone signs up for this, I'll be surprised.

Race for 24 hours (pit stops (toilet visits) suggested) in Arcade mode with the Arcade versions of the cars. After 24 hours of race time finish your current lap and write down your finish time and total laps.

Maximum of four drivers per team. I hope you can find four guys or gals in your area to run this race with, or you'll have the worst case of gamer's thumb in history (:

Pit stops not required, but they make a good place to hand off the controller.

I'll be starting this on Sunday. My PS2 is actually plugged into a UPS (universal power supply) so I can just pause the game and come back to it later.

I remember something like this in france i think it was ...

Same setup as this challenge but instead the teams had to start the game from scratch obtaining liscenses etc..

And at the end of the 24 hr period the team with the most credits won simple

But the prize was well worth it ..
It ran into tens of thousands of quid ,dollars

Now that I think about this race. It does really sound quite unique! I like the idea, possibly maybe a "Petite LeMans" would be cool as well. Just nobody in my area with a PS2 and the time to devote. Maybe in the future though.
