Lenspen - anyone have an experience with these?

I'm struggling to find something other than micro fibre cloth (and fluid) to clean the front and rear glass of my lenses. I can never really get in to the corners properly.

Recently these lens pens seem to be the rage but is it a rip off or do they really work?

Your help appreciated if you use one of the above.

I have one but all they do is leave marks on the lens, the cleaning tip that is. I can't fault the brush tho!

hmmm, interesting. A marketing video mentioned that they patented or 'something similar' the addition of carbon and compared it to the way your grandma used to clean windows. The ink in the newspaper contains carbon, this carbon absorbs 'filth' and leaves a spotless window. They use a similar process. Wasn't too sure about that. Guess I'll continue with microfibre & fluid.

Yeah, it was only 10€ and I wanted to give it a shot. Simply put: don't.

Microfibre & breathing upon the glass (if necessary at all) is better, cheaper and less annoying.
