I'm trying to get a Cadillac CIEN to show up in the UCD, but no luck so far.

So, since I'm tired of cycling the thing, I'd like to trade for a Level 16 ticket.

In return I can offer:

-Any car (some 0/0/0s, mainly from past OCDs);
-Any gear, horns, MCs;
-Some paints.
