Leveling up

I would like to level up my other Bobs so I can have 4 ready to go when the endurance races unlock. Can I play any event since main Bob has already unlocked them? What is the quickest way to level up to an acceptable level such as 17+? Or, do they all need to be 25 to race the endurance?

My Bobs (over all B-Spec is 21):

1. H. Ford - level 21
2. A. Senna - 6
3. R. Schumacher - 0
4. O. Koch - 0

They don't need to be all lv 25 to run endurance races. I've raced a lv0 bob several times in an endurance race to have him level up quickly.

You don't even need 4 bobs to race. 1 will do it just fine.

A question along the same lines... I'm levelling up my second driver for the Japanese GT races (first can do over half distance without running out of energy, second driver then runs out after about 8 laps). If you use more than 1 driver in a race, how does the XP get shared between them? For instance, do they both get the full amount even if only 1 drives, half the total XP, or only eligible if they drive at least 1 lap for instance?

If you start a new bob just enter him with you old bobs in Indy 500 he will do ok and is around level 10 after it... do this again and he is level 13-14...

I believe you get full xp for each Bob that you have drive in a race.

3 24 Hour Nurbringring races puts a level 0 new born Bob at level 40. Just in case anyone wanted to know. 1st race takes him from level 0-36. Second race takes him from level 36-39. He has about 3/4 bar to go to get to level 40 after this second race. You can either do third 24 hour Nurburgring race or break it up with lesser enduros or grind if don't want to take up another whole day.

Basically 3 days to level 40 for a Bob if you have the 24 hour Nurburgring race unlocked.
