im a lv 28 bspec and level 14 aspec, my best cars are: mazda furai, pagani zonda r, corvette zr1 RM, and mclaren f1. im dying to get to lv 30 and i want to know the most time efficent way of doing so. my budget is $1M

You can also borrow cars for the seasonals I have set to online. Take my Cappacino on the custom track for 3 minutes of joy, over and over. Then 30 club here is your new member!

The later is more fun. I punt cars off the road as I go to kill time.
