LFS2 Lap Times

I'm considerably new at LFS. I have complete all the lessons in LFS2 alpha demo version...anyway, I just wanted to know you guys' lap times in Blackwood with XRT on Race_1 settings.

My best time is 1:34.458

Please don't laugh at me!

Lino, how the heck did you get that time? Did you change any settings like fuel level? Did you do that on icy cold tires?

Doing low 1.26:s with the XRT, a tad modified race 1 setting.

Err...no? With the WR being 1:31.940 that is not correct.

mistake on my half, I mean't 1:33.940- I just rechecked the stats on LFSdesktop. I knew it was in the in the low 1:30s but i never checked the exact middle number. I knew it was 1:3x.940

that is a big mistake 2 seconds is the difference between a fast driver and a freak of nature in lfs

my fastest time ever was 1:32.81 with gti but that was in demo. I had s1 for years but finally bought s2 this week

I finally figured out what my big mistake was (in my driving style) tonight. As soon as i figured it out i put in a 1:33.37 in the gti and was allways running in the 1:33's. Im sure ill get faster laps soon now that ive got it down reasonably well.

I like the R1 Titan paint job . I'm going to practice a little more now andthen get a few races online later on today.

I soent half an hour with the S2 demo last night amy best round Blackwood was 1'38 so far but I'll get some good settings and drop that today.

this site has a bunch of wr sets. http://forum.finalgear.com/viewforum.php?f=35
even if you dont use them they give you an idea of what a fast set is like for certain cars. sorta accellerates the trial and error process in making ur own set.

Thanks man, that'll be a god help. My problem isn't the racing line, it's the settings, I can kep theline and accelerateand brake on the limits, but I'm not so great at car setups.
