Everytime I went to the discover page to search license plates, I always found custom American, British, French, German, and Japanese plates.

The question is where do I make custom license plates other than gtsportplates.com?

Can anyone help me please?

Photoshop, Inkscape or any other software, then you upload them via the GT Sport site.

No idea, British plates have an ISO-regulates font, US I don't know. Another option is to find a blank plate on GTS and then add numbers and letters, which is what I usually do. You can find full sets of plate numbers and letters from every nation.
