License Prize Cars

If I complete a license and get the prize car for bronze, can I replay the tests again to win the silver and gold prize cars?

I know that each prize car can only be won once, but I'm wondering if I can only win one car per license.

All bronze: after the first tries: one car
Silver them after that: one more car
Gold them after that: still one more car
All silver after the first tries: two cars at once
All gold after the first tries: three cars at once

In other words, it doesn't matter how you advance to get those golds... you'll get all three cars on the way. One after each step. Naturally, 15 silvers and one gold counts as all silvers when it comes to the prize cars and so on. 👍

They dont average out do they? Like, if you have like, 7 golds, 7 silvers, and 1 bronze, would that be all silvers? because they would average a silver? lol
