hey guys,

i was just wondering, if anyone of you could find out a setup, how to lift the rear wheels. of course it only works with front wheel cars, but til now, i couldnt make the inside rear wheel lift.

is that actually possible in the game??:)

ok, lets everybody try, to make the inside rear wheel lift up, on the FORD FOCUS RS.

i want to see pics!! :dopey:

and, if somebody got it, i wanna know the setup, cause i am playing with it since 1 week, and now result til now.

so, let the tuningt begin!!

p.s: if there is any thread about that already, please link me to it.:)

We've talked about this before in some of the GT4 Physics discussions. Consensus is, it's impossible unless you bounce the wheel off a curb. As GT4 physics are designed to make a roll-over impossible, the engine won't let you lift a wheel unless you hit a bump in the track.

You're welcome to try, though. :)

so you actually wanna tell me, thats impossible....hhmmm, but why?

i am not talking about flipping over, i just want to lift up a wheel like in a real life FF Race Car.

I'm just saying: it's been tried, but no one's been successful. The code in GT4 that prevents flips also prevents tripod-ing and wheelies. The only way to **** up a wheel is to bounce it off a curb or bump.

EDIT: hell? I can't say c*ck? That's weird...

Wheelies are prevented by the coding? Obviously you don't do much high-speed testing  wheelies are perfectly possible. I've never seen a back end go up without some sort of impact involved, though.

Sorry, my mistake... I'd forgotten about that.. (and me here having gotten over 1200mph in a GT-One in GT3... ).

I should have said burnout wheelies. My bad.

ok......so its impossible....and the japanese wanted to have a REAL DRIVING SIMULATER..... looooooooooooooooooool

ok, just one questions beside the forest: is it possible to lift a wheel in forza (x-box)?

Yes, you can lift a wheel in Forza, but I think you can only do it by "bouncing" it, as in alternating stabbing the gas and the brake enough to get the front to bounce off the ground. I've yet to see someone just launch and pull a wheelie or just get a wheel off the ground from turning. Only from hitting bumps.
