have any of you delt with Lightwave. I need some pointers. I decieded to learn how to create 3d objects and landscapes and currently haven't a clue of it. I just got this program for free from kazaa, i heard it was one of the best and expensive..like around $700.

Any help?

Erm, I've never dealt with it, but if it is only 700 then it is pretty cheap compared to Cinema 4D and 3D Studio Max. About 1/4 the price.

It is not bad to use. Easier than 3dsm. Of course I have 3dsm so I don't bother getting anything else.
