Limited users cannot access Phothoshop CS?

On my rig, I have one administrator account (me) and three limited user accounts. I can run CS just fine, but the limited users cannot. I get an error pictured below. Is there away to set Windows XP to allow CS to be run on the limited user accounts or is it a CS problem?

My first guess would be some part of PS is stored in an area not accessable by a limited used.

Have you not tried making another administrator account and tried running PS on that?

Yes, I have. It works on admin accounts.

Hmm. This reminds me of installing Diablo 2 a few years ago. I was installing it on my computer I had (Win 2000) An I couldnt install it because of the admin rights, user accounts etc.


Check your CS troubleshooting manual. See if it gives you any options or reasons why it's doing this.

Yeah right, I don't have the manual....

I've checked adobe.com, I couldn't get a straight answer.
