Link ps3 with racenet?

I just got DiRT showdown for my birthday on wednesday and i am still trying to figure out how to connect to racenet!
If any of you know how to connect to racenet could you please tell me! I have a ps3 and the game I want to connect to is DiRT showdown. Thanks.

This should walk you through it. After you sign up I think you'll need to enter your PS3 "gamertag" name to link it. And as far as I know, Dirt Showdown is the ONLY game using racenet so far.

Edit: Now if you already signed up and it's not connecting in-game, that's a pretty universal glitch. After the start menu if it says "unable to connect" then go to options/extras->racenet and it will connect. Weird and stupid, but it works.

All time today I get error 500 going to that site on my ps3 but I can still use it on my iPod. How very strange.

Works fine on my computer, don't know what to tell you. If you don't have a computer but it works on iOS, then do it that way.
