List of cars capable of turbo tuning?

Hello there..

Is there a list somewhere, of which N/A cars you can install turbo in? I just bought a brand new M3 CSL, and to my big disappointment, the game doesn't allow me to install a turbocharger, like you can on the N/A Civic SiR for instance, but does only allow N/A tuning on that car. That's really a shame, cause you could make a hell of a monster, out of that engine

Not to my knowledge. It was a field I intended to add on my master car list, but I'm afraid I never got the time.
