List of rare cars, homologation models, etc?

So I'm not so much referring to concept cars or race cars, but maybe cars that had their lifespans cut short, or cars that only were produced to fit a homologation rule. Meaning I'm not 100% sure that tuner cars count, since they're typically made with only one example.

I'm not completely sure and will have to check when I get home, but I'm pretty sure the LM Limited wasn't much of anything in comparison to the other cars on that list.

How about the 1970 Plymouth Superbird? It was a limited run produced to meet Nascar rules at the time.
