Liveries go missing from online server help

I've created and shared a bunch of liveries and just noticed that after a few days they disappear from the online server, can't find them using tag search or anything!? My library says that are still shared but they are not on the online server anymore. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

I've noticed this today. Makes you wonder at which point they drop off, as some of the more popular liveries seem to be ever-present. Maybe if a livery doesn't get any likes/comments for a certain amount if time it gets dropped?

I didn't lose mine yet. I hope they don't disappear... I spent a lot of time with them.

Can you still use them on your cars at least?

Some of my liveries had over 22 hits in less then 2 hours and a few comments, they vanished the next morning when I checked on them.
I'm reinstalling the game now just in case it's on my side but I have a feeling it's a server issue with some psn Id's or other issue.

Right, only 2 of my liveries had Baccardi and Guinness logos, not sure if they are censored.
Yes I can still used them on my cars.
I also did not have any issues when uploading.

I'll try to post a few of them here to see if any one spots an issue with them.

Interesting. I've been thinking of doing an old-school Marlbro McLaren livery, but finding Marlbro decals is quite difficult as they keep disappearing. However one of the most popular liveries is a Marlbro one. Pity some of the most iconic liveries are tobacco/alcohol based!

I made a Marlboro 458 too a few days ago and I had no issues with it yet. Maybe because it wasn't shared.

If I can still keep them on my cars, I'm OK with it, since I don't download other people's liveries.

But for those who do, it's a bummer... :/

They are still in my library and applied to cars, just gone from the online servers. In my library the shared sign is still there but can't be found online anymore. Looks they are gone from the server after just a few hours.

Hmm, OK. Not so bad than. If people can download it, maybe they cab keep it even after being taken down.

I'm curious about the decal upload / share prohibition though... Also, does anyone know if Forza as an issue with cigarette and alcohol brands too?

Is it because GTS is Pegi 3 and the livery editor might be seen as a way of doing brand advertising? If so, I understand the share block but when uploading, is should be clear this would happen. Anyway, if I can keep my own, I'm OK with it I guess.

I've used around 20/30 decals from the online library and uploaded over 150 of my own.

Nope, as evidenced by pretty much every car in the game having a Marlboro or Martini livery.

Granted T10 usually won’t allow liveries with tobacco or alcohol logos into livery or photo competitions.

Search engine in GTS show only latest uploads. Something like 24 hours long. Other stuff didn’t exist for it. But it still on servers

You can go to your profile on gran-turismo.com and share links on that livery to us and we can use it easily

Good idea, maybe I should do a livery page so I can share my designs here. Too bad they go so fast on the GTS server/search.

Yeah I noticed a couple That I downloadeded are gone

The search function is borked, and has been since launch, a livery can be found using tags for approx 24 hours.

The Liveries are still online, they can be found via discover on the website after you log in, or via the uploaders time line (depending on how active they are).

Hopefull fixed in the next patch...

I think it's with the search in general, the livery search function isn't going past 1 day

I think there may be some censorship, but I think it may have a lot to do with the poor implementation of the database and search system imho. There are decals of others I know are there, but if you do a search for them, they don't show up. Not it may be people not putting in tags properly, but it at least should be able to search by name of the file.

Search system is ok. I think it's design decision to reduce servers loading. They decide to show only last day in game.

But on gran-turismo.com you can browse all stuff day by day. So database and search implemented fine

Thanks, didn't know that. Searching is a bit painful as it's day-by-day listing, but at least you can find older stuff.
