Livery change.... - question / help?

Good night all from Asia - hope all is well with you! Sorry - but I have tried for two days to change and save the livery on one of my cars. When completed with what I like - I click SAVE and it saves it - message coming - "saving complete"..... and then I am asked if I want to update the change now and I click YES...... after 25 / 35 seconds message " problems with the server" - and next message "unable to upload" - ?? My internet speed is 5 Mp/s - is that the reason? Thanks for your time guy's!

Depends. I was having the same problem all the time, plugged in the PS4 to an ethernet cable instead of using Wifi, and hasn't failed since. My internet is 60mb usually, but for some reason, on Wifi, my PS4 was getting less than 50kbps upload speed.. so for me I'd say upstream speed was the problem.

Depends. I was having the same problem all the time, plugged in the PS4 to an ethernet cable instead of using Wifi, and hasn't failed since. My internet is 60mb usually, but for some reason, on Wifi, my PS4 was getting less than 50kbps upload speed.. so for me I'd say upstream speed was the problem.
