Livery editor twitchy?

Anyone else finding the livery editor excessively sensitive since the decal uploader went online for some, or is it just me? I'm working on a rather simple livery right now on a Corvette and I'm having lots of difficulty with nuancing the decals around, especially sensitive with L2/R2 rotation, with just the in-game decals being used. Also finding the camera to be very particular. At times I can zoom extremely close in and other times hardly at all.

Noticed it today for the first time and maybe it's coincidence that I'm noticing it as the decal uploader is coming online (which I don't have access to anyways) but maybe a side effect of PD bringing it online. Or maybe its all in my head. Feedback?
