first off happy new year everybody!

where or if can i use some of other peoples liveries? I cant seem to find, can look at em, but not apply them to a car. there is some cool ones out there and cant figure it out.

You want the 'Discover' section

discover, search, save to your collection, go back to your garage, select livery, update by selecting the livery you just downloaded from your collection --- little bit of jumping around but can be done quick once you know where you have to go.
