PRE-RACE PROCEDURE:
When the 30 second timer starts, ALL drivers must press on the 'Enter' option before the timer reaches 0, drivers MUST NOT press the 'Go To Track' option. If a driver misses the cutoff time, they WILL NOT earn any points at that venue as they are officially not entered in the event. If that driver happens to have set the fastest time in practice, they will not receive the bonus 2 points.
PRACTICE:
All drivers will have 1 hour to practice the circuit and run different car setups if they wish to. Once the time has expired, every driver must return to pit lane NOT VIA MENU. The driver who posts the fastest lap time will receive 2 points.
QUALIFYING:
After Practice Time has ended, drivers will be given 5 minutes to apply their car setup, if they want to. ALL drivers MUST have entered the circuit before the countdown to Qualifying has finished.
During Qualifying, drivers will be given 15 minutes to post the fastest lap time. The driver who qualifies on Pole Position will be awarded an extra point towards the championship.
START PROCEDURE:
When the start lights go out, drivers MUST remain in their grid positions until the Safety Car has passed. Then the drivers have to follow behind the Safety Car, weaving if they want to, there is NO overtaking on this pace lap. If a driver happens to spin on the first lap, a second pace lap could be added for that driver to get back in their position (if they need to). The drivers MUST be in double file behind the Safety Car BEFORE the penultimate corner. While the Safety Car rushes into the pits the drivers must maintain their 60mph (98km/h) pace. Once the Safety Car is off the circuit, the leader can then decide when the race should start by 'planting' the throttle at the moment of his choice between the pit-lane entry and the start/finish line.
If the red flag is brought out on the first lap, drivers will have to slow down to a controlled pace and stop on the grid in their current positions and the restart will be standing-start. The steward (me) will give the 10 seconds message over chat, then 5 seconds and then 3, 2, 1, GO! and the race will be officially under way after that. If red flag comes out on lap 2, procedures will follow rules of Red Flag (below).
RACE:
During the race, any driver found to cut more than two corners on any lap will be warned immediately and if it continues that driver will be subject to penalty points and a change tyre pit stop, forcing them onto hard tyres until their next pit stop. Refuelling is prohibited during this pit stop.
Any driver found to be deliberately pushing others or blocking others will be faced with 1 penalty point and will be dropped 2 places on the finishing results. If this incident happens again, the driver will be handed another penalty point and may face exclusion from the race results. If this offence happens a third time, the driver will be immediately excluded from the race results regardless of where they finish.
Once the leading driver crosses the finish line, the rest of the field will be given 3 minutes to finish and the race results will be concluded by positions once the timer runs out.
Disconnecting (DC)
If a driver is unfortunately disconnected...
...in Practice Time - there is pretty much no loss in that retrospect. They can just rejoin the room.
...in Qualifying - they will be classed as a 'DNQ' as the stewards will have no way of knowing what time they had set. Also, with the GT6 settings, he will have to miss the race because it starts straight away after qualifying.
...in The Race before 60% of the race distance - that driver will be classed as a 'DNF' and will receive half-points for which position they DC'd in.
..in The Race after 60% of the race distance - that driver will be classed as e.g. '7†' as they have completed over 60% of the distance. However, they will receive half-points for their position in which they DC'd.
Notes:
If a driver does not turn up for any race, they will not be classified and their space on the results table will be left blank. However, if a driver does not turn up without any given reason, they will be referred to a steward for investigation. If this happens three times during the season, that driver may face being withdrawn.

BLACK FLAG:
A driver who breaches the regulations extensively will be given the black flag will be excluded - details in situations such as:
>Practice - if a driver receives the black flag in practice session, their time will be taken away from them and they will have to return to the pits and to the lobby to sit out practice. However, they will be permitted to enter qualification.
>Qualifying - if a driver receives the black flag during qualifying, they are to pull over to a safe place around the circuit at a safe distance from the circuit itself and their time will be excluded (although the game will still put the driver in the position their time puts them in) and therefore, the driver will be handed a 5-place results penalty - meaning they will be dropped 5 places on the results.
>Race - if a driver receives the black flag, they are either to: return to the pits and return to the lobby screen OR they're to pull over on the side of the circuit at a safe distance and wait for the race to end. If their incident is serious enough, that driver will be awarded penalty points.
The steward (me) will say over chat "[driver] black flag".
BLACK & WHITE FLAG:
The black and white flag will only be awarded to drivers who continuously breach small laws such as extensive bumping and corner cutting. However, receiving a black and white flag will mean you have earned 1 penalty point. There is no further action after the first two black and white flags given to one driver.
However, after THREE black and white flags, the specified driver will be forced to pit on their current lap onto a new set of Racing:Hard tyres until their next stop. Refueling is FORBIDDEN during this stop. If a driver is found to refuel, they will be instantly excluded from the standings however they're allowed to finish their race and earn 0 points.
YELLOW FLAG:
It will be rare that a yellow flag will have to come out because of the way GT6 is set out. So, if there is an incident where a driver is sent off-circuit, the yellow flag will come out - ONLY IF THE DRIVER(S) INVOLVED ARE COMPLETELY STILL. The yellow flag will be given by steward (me) over chat specifying which corner it is placed at, and other drivers will have to slow down a little at that section of the circuit.
RED FLAG:
Like the yellow flag, the red flag will be a rare flag. However, considering that damage will be on heavy, cars will be mechanically damaged during race or practice so if a driver or multiple drivers collide with each other or a wall and receive enough damage to slow their car right down, the red flag will be brought out by the steward (me) over chat and every other driver will stop, despite where they are on the circuit.
The damaged driver(s) will be permitted to drive around the circuit and into the pits to repair their cars, as soon as they enter pit lane computer control the other drivers will asked to proceed around the circuit - NO OVERTAKING - at a controlled pace while the damaged drivers get repaired.
Once the repaired drivers leave the pits they are permitted to drive around the track quickly to catch up to the pack, who are still at a controlled pace. Once they have caught up, the leader of the race is allowed to determine when to start the race again but only AFTER the 2nd to last corner.
Restart will be rolling-start.

PENALTIES:
> Any driver found to be breaching any performance regulations will be subject to penalty points and may face exclusion from the race results.
> Penalty Points will be awarded if any driver is unfair to others by blocking/pushing etc., breaching performance regulations or cutting multiple corners.
PENALTY POINTS (PP):
1 penalty point = 1 point deducted from your championship tally.
2 penalty points = 2 points deducted from your championship tally.
3 penalty points = 5 points deducted from your championship tally.
Up to 3 PP's can be awarded to any driver during any race. Once the race has officially finished, the PP count is wiped clean but the points deduction remains for the remainder of the season.
3 PP's can be awarded without exclusion from the race result.
PERMANENT CHAMPIONSHIP PENALTY POINTS (PCPP):
PCPP's reset once the championship has ended.
PCPP's are awarded once a driver receives 3 PP's in more than one race:
2 races with 3 PP's = 1 PCPP
3 races with 3 PP's = 2 PCPP's
4 races with 3 PP's = 3 PCPP's
Once 3 PCPP's are awarded, that driver is then completely excluded from the championship standings and will not gain any points at all.
A DRIVER CAN TESTIFY AGAINST THEIR PENALIZATION TO THE STEWARD AND THE STEWARD WILL LOOK CLOSELY AT THE INCIDENT IN RACE REPLAY. IF THE DRIVER'S ACTIONS ARE JUSTIFIED, THE PENALTY WILL BE LIFTED ALONG WITH THE PENALTY POINTS.
