Why
There's a certain allowable energy usage per lap. In real life, the 2014 Audi was restricted to using the equivalence of 2 MJ per lap around Le Mans. Basically, you're overusing your hybrid energy.
I figured. They need to update the system and not make it automatic. There's a certain allowable energy usage per lap. In real life, the 2014 Audi was restricted to using the equivalence of 2 MJ per lap around Le Mans. Basically, you're overusing your hybrid energy.
But it is pretty much automatic in real life. You can only use so much hybrid energy per lap. Adjust how you drive to control that deployment.I figured. They need to update the system and not make it automatic.

I agree. I really dislike the way LMP1-H cars are implemented in PCars.I figured. They need to update the system and not make it automatic.
In reality the driver has the ability to over-ride deployment therefore I think we should have that ability. We could use ICM to over-ride it then deploy manually. Two games in I don't see them changing it though. Why?
Well yes. The hyrbid deployment should be the same as it is in Corsa. Like I can have it be manual or automatic because I find myself using way too much up because my throttle settings@SilentShadowfox Are you referring to KERS? Similar to the way the Formula X open wheeler uses KERS? Seems like the "ERS" bar (not sure why the TS040 uses "ERS" and not "KERS" labels in its cockpit) in the TS040 cockpit goes from 100% to 0% within the first 10 seconds.....as if it is accidentally stuck on "ON". This subject interests me too, Cheers 👍
How can you drive any differently to control the deployment of it? Driving with the brakes on? Driving really slowly? But it is pretty much automatic in real life. You can only use so much hybrid energy per lap. Adjust how you drive to control that deployment.

Hybrid is not automatic, i talked to Lucas Di Grassi on twitter and he said that you have an overtake button to deploy hybrid energy, and you have systems that deploys hybrid automatic, these systems works like the fuel mix mode on f1, you can set more hybrid or less hybrid, plus the overtake button that are used any time they want.
Yes It was, that´s why audi run a 4wd hybrid system, They did that and had zero understeer on corners like les combes and blanchmontWere those functions available in 2014 already?
You need your throttle sensitivity turned up or the ability to manually control hybrid.Probably the same way you "make fuel" in a normal race car, short shift and lift-and-coast into the turns.
