Loading cars from your garage for arcade mode.

They don't seem to have the upgrades that I put on them. Much less horsepower. Do they just load the base version of the car you have in the garage, without any add-ons?

Also, for the R-type championship (beginner level), which car do you recomend?

Yeah, arcade eliminates all perks (except for F-1 cars). It just leaves you with the base model. But then again, it is arcade mode, so handling is much easier.
A 98 Integra Type-R should do you well.

I think it just shows the base HP for your car, but the car actually has the upgrades when you race it. I raced my 900+ HP Skyline (showed 276 HP in arcade) and it put me against a bunch of GT1 cars (Toyota GT-ONE, Mazda 787, etc). My car kept up, so I don't think it was running at 276...

Ok, I'm going to try to figure that out...

Thanks for the advice about the Integra R-type. That's the car I was leaning towards.
