Logitech G25 price increase?

Since the launch of the G27, I've been waiting for the G25 to drop below the £100 mark.

However, in the last few days it's increased from £120 to £141 (edit: now £155) on Play.com and up from £170 to £250 on Amazon.

Do you think maybe Logitech's sales of the G27 have been slow, and they've noticed people are still punting for the G25, and therefore they're raising the G25's price in order to push people towards the G27?

Stocks will be low for the G25, it's probably not in production anymore and some places will have difficulty getting hold of them now.

A lot of places still have it in stock around the £120 mark though.

here in germany lowest prices for G25 are about EUR 160,00 (~GBP 142,54)...
in some descriptions there is only mentioned "for pc and ps2"...but not ps3 (?)...
are there two different versions of the g25???
I am aiming to get a wheel with wheel holder when GT5 is being released...

You say about it being £141 on play.com. I think they just have no more. Because thats the price listed for the "New and Used, availiable from" bit.

There's only 1 version of G25 and it will work for PC, PS2 and PS3.

i am just wondering because currently on x-bay (germany) there is one seller who offers it for € 160, one for 170 and then the next offers start at €238....

but as i already said i am buying one earliest when gt5 is being released...

Just noticed this. On Play.com it was £129.99 a few weeks ago. Now its £172.99

You know what? They just lost themselves a customer, i can't afford that much. And i'm not going for the DFGT, i want a clutch and the H pattern shifter.

The G25 was the ideal product but now the price has went too high

Looks like i will be waiting until GT5 comes out before i get a wheel. maybe there will be a bundle of some sort.
