its a logitech driving force EX
imagine the wheel is like the face of a clock, the tacky/sticky bits are at 3PM and 9PM (or AM its the same place) on the rubbery bits that you hold the wheel with

Hmm.. then use electric tape? You an get it in few colors, So far I seen black and red.. maybe you can get in blue. Just cover whatever you think feels bit sticky?

Try alcohol "the rubbin kind" not the drinking kind. The type you would put on a cut. If that doesn't work try some dish soap and water. Just stay away from anything harsh.

cheers Nocnoctus (forgive me if spelt wrong) but i think the old alcohol might do the trick opelgt
do you think it would hurt any electrical bits though :s

No the alcohol should not hurt your wheel. If you want to clean around where the buttons are just UNPLUG your wheel (from the outlet and your PS) and then you can clean your whole wheel just let it dry out for an hour or two. As stated above don't drown the wheel it wouldn't really hurt the electrical parts but the gears inside that are greased it wouldn't help. I did solder for work some years ago and we use a lot of alcohol to clean parts with.

haha
its better to be safe than to have a FC*K'd ;) up wheel
cheers guys 👍

If you do F Up the wheel.. you can always buy new and better one.. Trust me, new Logitech wheels or Fanatec wheels will add more realism and more fun.

yeah
I have like noooooo money and probably have to upgrade other things first though such as a PS3 and I need some speakers :indiff:

sorry, i've not tried yet
