Figured there was a thread for most other brands of wheels but the one that Chris Esaki says is the most-used on Forza was missing. So, here's mine, G920 on XSX. Attempts to chase good road feel only brought on-centre chattering into a massive tankslapper, and there isn't much for that anyway, so I stopped chasing and this is the way I went. Realistically, it doesn't feel all THAT much different from a modern EPAS system, but heavier, anyway. Hydraulic steering still rules. The hard spot on my brake pedal from the rubber (G920 users know what I mean) is basically exactly where lockup starts so it works well on my setup.
I should mention- some cars I do turn down the feedback strength per car in the tuning menu. Even that didn't completely stop the chattering in Prototypes, although I was able to eliminate that with car tuning.
