I think it's only possible on certain cars from the wheel menu. I know Gr.3 cars have it, unsure about Gr.4 or N cars.

Ive seen it on an Alpha Romeo Gr4 user livery online. That’s what got me wondering about it.

When you first enter the livery editor, one of the options is wheels. Its either there or its not, depending on the car.
