Looking for a league or team I can race and practice with

I’m fairly new to, don’t have much experience at all but am willing to learn , besides sport mode is there anywhere else I can hone my skills and not get punted by everyone? It seems the sports mode is plagued with dirty drivers, rammers and people who slow way down so you get a penalty , I really want some clean racing that feels more realistic and I was told this is the place to go.
