Looking for expert tuner

I was drag racing my Veyron in an Indy room last night an was beat by 2 cars multiple times. 1 Was an Audi R8, the other a GT-R in matte black ( which I only assumed was a Stealth car cause it whooped me bad!). I was curious what kind of tune could be done to an R8 to make it beat a Veyron? I know a lot of people don't like the Veyron cause it has 1200hp and 4WD, but I enjoy racing it and I really like racing people who are willing to go against it. So my question is what can be done to an Audi R8 that would make it faster then the veyron? Also looking for tunes for other cars that have the potential to beat the Veyron. I've heard of Vipers and Ford GTs beating them because the driver had them tuned right.

Silly Slump! The OP is mad because his Veyron got killed last night by the R8.
So clearly it can be beat.

As for Doncow, no one shares drag setups.

Not many people are willing to give out their drag setup's but I also have no clue how you got beat by an R8 when you were in a Bugatti..

Maybe the Engine was done and in need of a rebuild? I'd be confused and upset looking for answers too if I had my ass handed to me by an R8 when I'm driving a Veyron.

I know! BUT if he had been a half experienced drag racer with a solid tune, he would have won!
I bet if the other guy would have driven the Veyron and Doncowleone the R8, the other guy would also have won!

Maybe it has something to do with the Veyron being about 500kg heavier than anything else out there...

well i got a viper acr, fully tuned - it has 1022 bhp and weighs around 1200 kg.
i oil changed it many times and overhauled it and so on and now its on 1046 bhp. i think it might beat a bugatti because i made the transmission longer so now its capable of 263 MPH. aerodynamics are all the way down, because more aerodynamics squeezes ur car to the road which makes it slower.

The only car a Veyron shouldnt beat is another Veyron, and usually the only time I see them out is if they get beat with all their other cars....but good job

Well, they veyron has 1200 hp and 4wd, if its good tuned i dont think any other car can beat it at 1/4 mile indy. Besides nobody likes veyrons, it depends on which car you are draging, even a 200 hp car can be a killer if its tuned good, and races equal cars.

You know, there are different clases in drag racing, not everybody running 1000 hp, like the hondas, they have like 300 hp, still many people drag racing them.

I have been beating a handfull of veyrons on 1/4 mile with my gtr, but thats only because those veyrons wasnt tuned in the right way. You see, it all depends....

Second, some people have "slow" reaction by tree, and "good" reaction by time....thats also missleading.

I didnt Know ACR's could go that high on hp...I thought they could only get to 1031hp


Im guessing BHP (Boiler horsepower) is different....nevermind

In england its called brake horse power. don't know why the **** there is brake in it but its the same as PS. well I had the ACR for a long time and I've restored engine, done oil change, and chassis like every 3rd or 4th race I do with it (if GT5 lets me) and its quick as s***. on Daytona I can take every corner at full speed which is at 273 Kilometers per hour
I got a friend who has a C63 AMG woth around 1000 horse power. look it up in youtube

Hey your veyron is in need of a tune any tune but the 1 you have just go into your trans and increase your final gear to bring your top speed up to 280 and start shortening your gears and that will do it. dont embaress yourself by getting beat by a r8 again. thats all i got to say about that.
