There is a standard enzo and v spec r35. When you share your psp car garage those cars have no interior and show up as standard cars. It was proved in game files when thet were.opened on pc. I think.the only way to get them was through either level tickets or hacked tickets tho im not 100% sure.

The Enzo and F2007 exist in both standard and premium form, as does the SpecV R35. Others include the Mercedes 300 SL Coupe '54, the Corvette ZR1 (C6) '09, the TVR Tuscan Speed 6 and TVR Tamora. Speak not with such certainty about that which you do not know, please.

Are you sure that there is a standard Enzo? Im not so sure about that...

There are a number of colors of the Standard Enzo, but as it is over the Trading Cap, it still cannot be sent. Neither can the Standard 787B, Standard F2007s, Standard GT Citroens, or any other car over roughly 960,000 credits. That cap is always in place unless people use some other borrowing app or such. As I have never used such an app, I don't have any direct knowledge of whether that would even work.

as my friend has said, some models PREMIUM to STANDARD are untradable.
but if you use the app borrow glitch, it is possible to transfer them.

I'm both glad and mad I took a gander at this list. Glad because now I know these cars can be purchased as standard, and mad that these cars can be purchased as standard. Makes completing my garage that much more difficult.

There are a few guys on the site who are able to custom make a ticket for any car in the game, although it take away from the victory of getting all the cars yourself, i only use it to get unpaintable cars in colours such at matte or chrome.
