Its best to start a team with a few members/friends already in place, it just makes things easier. Having a clear "plan of attack" ahead of time is also important. A few things to consider: Will this be a battle team, or a more laid back crew? Will it be a big team or a small team? What type of cars will you drift? Will there be rules, if so, what kind? What about a decent name for the team? Will you have team colors or not? Will it be a global team, or UK/US based only?
There's a lot of questions that you should already have the answers to before making a team, I got you started.
Or you could just wing it and random your way to stardom. Best of luck in your future endeavors. 👍
Thank you for the tips... I'm starting a local drifting team right now and so far so good... I have one guy that drifts beautifully but I have another friend who just can't finish a turn without losing control and ramming against the wall at 30MPH... And thats with a RX-7 and we all know how easy that car is to drift... I am using currently using a 599' '06 Ferrari and I can do 360 with it take the full ring in Cape Ring drifted at 60MPH easily because I just know every little detail of it. How it handles and how it responds etc. Oh. And it has 813 HP
