On my Logitech Driving force EX, I believe I have a loose wire in the D-pad bit of it. Every so often when racing in GT4, it is like I am pressing down on the left arrow so the view looks left and then I crash and then swear lots. Is there any point in opening it up and having a look or will I just contact Logitech?
Also, if I contact Logitech and they say "send it to us", will I need the box that it was originally in or proof of purchase? I got it in Aus last christmas and had to leave the box over there and the reciept is somewhere in my room.
