Lost all cars

There doesn't seem to be an updated thread for this so I'm wondering for anyone like me that's had all their non dlc cars disappear with no luck getting them back via USB or cloud save have any update, it's been about 3 months for me personally and about once a month I check in with playstation support just to get the same "A specialist is looking at your case hopefully we have a response soon" type messages, I've seen some people have had luck getting car tickets but any updates on the situation would be nice

I'm still surprised that no one who has gotten the tickets has given us specific instructions as to how they accomplished this. The phone number, name of whom they contacted, what they said, etc. What you say and who you say it to, can be extremely important and impact the outcome in most everything in life.
