Thats about it

Are you kidding? These new events are meant to be driven with stock cars if you want any challenge, for this race I only change racing soft tyres and beat it with more than 25 seconds ahead. And that was with a couple of spins.

you dont even need racing soft.

I did mine stock with the exception of sports soft tires.

That's what I meant. I installed racing softs, which was clearly too much. Although I must admit that I used skid recovery force, so that off and stock car would probably be too difficult for me...then again I'm using a controller.

I used the settings I had leftover from Bob needing to complete the Lotus b-spec race. I think it was oil change, racing exhaust, and Comfort-Soft tires. Was actually pretty fun to drive with those tires. As long as you are in the 1:23 lap bracket you should be fine, AI starts to tire on lap 4 and 5 and I found I made up a huge chunk of time on those laps.

Whats with the list of things to buy? are you that bad at driving? You probably spent half of what you won as well.

All i did was buy racing tyres and a sports ecu (cause it's cheap) and won by 50 odd seconds.

EDIT: and the C4 and Ford GT seasonal events are just as easy! I won them both with stock cars

Are you kidding me? I did it with a maxed elise with no downforce and lapped them all while on 2 wheels in every single corner.

A car isn't stock anymore when you put racing tires on..........

Jeezus Christ guys you wanna get lost? im only trying to help... and yes they were all Very easy. and i did it first time on all 3 anyways. how was i supposed to know it was easy with a stock car. plus the ford gt was allready tuned, this only cost me like 100k and the WRC was exactly how i got it from the dealerships. all i did was change oil. JEEZE:grumpy:

I did all of them standing on my head, with one hand tied behind my back, both eyes closed, eating a sandwich...EASY!!!

I used the medium tires, they seem to make the car manageable - with the LSD set to 35/55/20 I got just a touch of late corner oversteer. Added the areo kit, custom tranny (143mph) and tweaked the brakes to 7/5. Just needed an exhaust part to match the 194 hp of the others. Fun little car once you understand its limits, very fast turn in, quick acceleration, just watch the curbs as they upset the 860kgs body.

I disabled the engine and raised a sail, i got nowhere, but then i waited for the wind and then i got upto 5 knots. When i got to the top of a hill I deployed the ski's and waited for the snow to build up then slid down. I managed to win with a lap to spare.
