Before i start, i just want to say that the mods is something you dont need to do if you dont want to, i just post what i have on mine, its the suspension settings that matter in the end. 
Lotus is up first.
Mods:
Stage 1 weight reduction
Sports Catalytic convert, Titanium Semi Racing Exhaust
Single Plate Clutch, Sports Fly
Settings
Ride Height: -3/0
Spring Rate: 6.7/8.2
Dampers (E): 5/5
Dampers (C): 4/4
Anti Roll Bars: 3/2
Camber: 3.6/1.0
Toe: 5/12
Notes on this tune, i kept the stock transmission on because sometimes i just dont want to hear the whine lol. But once the tires heat up, third gear becomes more usable. Or you could put a Full Customize tranny on an tune it yourself... "oh yeah?! well, fine.. idk why im even looking on this thread anyways!"
Now for the Lexus!

Sports Manifold, Catalytic Converter, Titanium Semi Racing Exhaust
Full Customize Transmission - Top Speed set to 143
Single Plate Clutch, Sports Fly, LSD, Carbon Drive Shaft
Settings:
Ride Height: -16/-14
Spring Rate: 5.7/5.0
Dampers (E): 5/5
Dampers (C): 4/4
Anti Roll Bars: 2/4
Camber: 3.6/.5
Toe: .08/.12
No i didn't forget the LSD setting, i left them alone.
