LSD tuning, please teach me!

Hello guys

I always do my own tunes, but the only thing I still don't get to know is the LSD tuning?
I mainly drive FR cars for time attack (some times drift, but not always) now I wish if some LSD gurus teach me how to get best tune for the LSD for FR, FF, AWD, ect for good time attack, and also for drifting?

Correction - that thread isn't a good place to start it's the BEST place to start.
