Played 1st mission few times and no problem here. slim120 , gt6 Ann disc version.

Played all missions and after some time got gold with no issues. I should mention I have the downloaded version. It took 11 hrs to download and install but it is sure nice not to hear the disc reader on steroids.
You may want to shut down the game and restart before trying again it may help. Good luck, it was a fun mission especially catching some air with the crawler.
Should also mention if you get gold the pay off is pretty healthy.
