M3 coupe or IS-F?

OK so which one do I buy? planning to max out either and was wondering which is a better tune?

Aside from being a great car as is, it can also be RM'd to make it even better!

The '07 IS-F is RM'able, so I assume it's the better choice when looking at maxed out potential. But I could be wrong as I don't own either... Actually, that's a lie, I think I have an ISF, but I've never been in it.

M3 will be easier to make a "fun" car without RM... I haven't RM'd the Lex yet but you'll be battling understeer with it, M3 is the other way around.
