Managing BGM settings?

Is there a way to turn off and on BGM, like in the past GT games? Some songs I find annoying and I want to disable them from playing.

I understand controlling the volume, I'm asking if you can enable/disable tracks, which I can't find under the sound settings.

(All the way to the left) "Collections" → Music → Playlists should be the place if it's possible.
