Quality! Although I'm not sure I want to spend more money on Shift +after the woe it has caused me 👎
Just to mention... I posted that and then read your first post, so this post has changed considerably since you read it :lol:
 
Not a bad line up of cars and a new track is always good I will buy this when its out.:)

That's bizzare... I was just listening to that song... :odd:

Any addition to the game is good news, and a new track particularly so, but I really wish they'd take care of the two major problems this game still has, at least for PS3 users:
  • Framerate/Slowdown Issues on various tracks
  • Saved Game file corruption bug
At least if they did that I could finish the career mode.

I really don't know if I'm going to even spend another dime on this game. I'll wait until some videos surface, if the Apollo sounds anything close to the actual thing...I'll pick the pack up.

I just realized something...this isn't going to be made available for the PC?
 
Wow that new track looks a hell of a lot like monaco. The track is presumably the file we found called casino_riviera, so I guess that was a hint :)

I'm hoping they do something like what Test Drive Unlimited did for the PC - didn't get the DLC for that either, but they came out as a separate product later on. Apparently they didn't budget building a payment gateway and delivery system for the PC during development.

That is what I have said shift need from the first week I bought it shift needs tighter more enclosed tracks the tightest and most enclosed track is the lakeside track and well it is not exactly a high speed track now is it.

Monaco should by far been one of the tracks in the original shift game.
I just get a massive buzz from going high speed through real streets passing buildings about 3 metres away from them into narrow sections out into medium width sections all the different transition from tight to wide to high speed to low speed just make for pure driving heaven in real life or in the virtual world.
The closest I can get to that experience in shift is on london royal mile in the stock tuned zonda R its snap on speed and twitchy unforgiving handling make for a pumped up drive.
 
Cool. I'd buy it just for the Alfa, but those other cars are all interesting in their own ways too. And it comes out on my birthday, hooray!

You've gotta give it to them, Shift has it's issues but they're not giving up.

Sadly no F50GT & FXX on N-Ring for ps3 users, well for me 👎 :grumpy: But who knows. After some time that extra DLC for GTA4 finally will be available on PS3, not just on X360. so maybe if we wait long enough. But until then no one would be interested because GT5 will be available in shops.

My sentiments exactly. The Alfa will have disintegrated by the 3rd corner, but until then it'll be a wonderful ride :sly:

The lighter cars are much more sensible to collisions now, and the AI has improved, too. All the Ferrari gauges are working (oil temperature etc), so I hope to see the same with the upcoming DLC.

Shift's really becoming a quite good game!

seriously? how great is that this car is amazing maybe this may mean gt5 can get it as well saying that it has aquired the mclaren license
 
Could be great, just read that this new car has smaller engine, not that ridicules monstrosity like F1 did. So I'm really looking forward to drive it on Ring.

-----I've just watch video announcing DLC2 with new Track. Simply stunning!!!
