May a new comer edit the page in "Guides"

I'm a new comer,but I have played Gran Turismo for two years. And I like it very much!

The car list in "Guides" is completly, but every specified car's page is too simple.
So after searching some pages in this section, I have a opinion to modify or add something to it.

But I don't know whether I can modify it or how can I get the privilege to modify it?

But the page you give me is Log in, and I can't find a button of creat account can be clicked.

The Username/password to enter this forum may be not suitble for that page?

When I click the hyperlink "create an account" in the following sentence, whick is at the bottom of the main page of Game Guides, it is displayed:You are not allowed to create an account From GTPlanet Game Guides.
To be allowed to create accounts in this wiki you have to log in and have the appropriate permissions.

I'm sorry I couldn't get to this thread sooner before you posted in there, but as I stated Guides editor registration is closed at this point due to the fact that we will no longer be using that collaboration software by the end of the year.
