Probably one of the best Mazdaspeed cars out there, the MX-5 is not only quicker than any other miata in production, its also better looking, it featured an Turbocharged 1.8L engine with 190PS or 180BHP, it ha revised ECU and injectors for more torque, it had an RX-8 limited slip diferencial and an 6spd manual, due the lack of premium NB I decided to post my favorite miata =P 180HP and 1040Kg, now thats more PP than an 86 GT.

I like the 2005 in Titanium Gray Metallic, more rare than the 2004. 👍

Affordable and fun to drive without even breaking any laws. :)

Well... that would saturate even more the ammount of Miatas in GT.
But hey, it's different. It's a tuned version.

This did actually reminded me of MX-5 C-Spec

It's the Best Miata and ought to be included.
The Mazdaspeed Protege should be as well.
Mazda was a BIG supporter of the first GT.

Road & Track's - 700 foot slalom
71.4 mph - Mazdaspeed Protegé
70.9 mph - Mazdaspeed MX-5

I remember like eleven or twelve years ago when I was car hunting I test drove a lot of cars, a yellow 01 Integra Type R, a Prelude Type SH, a GTI 1.8T, a 97 Talon TSI AWD, a 99 Eclipse GS-T, a RSX Type-S, a 98 Audi S4, a 350z, and several more. But there's one I remember well, a orange mazdaspeed protege', and I remember it because how fun it was to drive, and because the salesman let me go out by myself so you know I was running it. I took it to a backroad with bumps and sweeping corners, I call this my little nurburgring because it's like a fifteen mile long run and the mazdaspeed handled it really well, so well I think it was one of the best handling cars I test drove back then. The Type R Integra, Subaru WRX and the Prelude Type-SH handled nice to on this road also. :)

But ultimately I went with my 97 GTI VR6 that I still own and love today.👍
