has anyone ever gone to the mazda rev it up and competed? I am a total noob, never done any autox but I still want to attend their mini driving school and maybe knock over a few cones It's only 40 bucks to sign up too and those that have actually competed what should i expect? it would so suck if i was the only noob there

$40 bucks is a decent price, but if some group or groups host a SoloII event in your area, you can get into for $25 a race. While there's not actual school, you can always get one of the experienced drivers to take a couple of laps with you on your first time out - they will even drive your car for you to show you the correct line.

But since you're already part of this community, you no doubt have had minimal training in Gran Turismo - so I wouldn't call you a noob out the box (simply unpracticed).
