An endurance race based on the 24 hours of le mans. This will be a trial race to see the amount of interest before deciding if it will become a championship.

Track: Circuit de la Sarthe (2013) - 24 laps/199.8 miles

Cars: Mazda Roadster Touring Car

Car Regulations:
Tuning: Prohibited
Sports Soft

Allowed: oil change, engine rebuild, chassis restoration, wheel rims, & paint

Race Regulations:
All aids off except Driving & ABS (driver's choice)
tire wear on
damage light
slipstream weak
grip real
penalty off
boost off
visible damage off
race end timer set to maximum (3 minutes)

Qualifying 3 laps

That's understandable, sports softs recommended then?

I only speak from GT5 experience as I haven't driven the Mazda TC in GT6 yet but in GT5 it was much better on lesser tires. I think when I ran it for a spec event one time it was actually on comfort softs. But without having tested it I'd say Sports Softs would be a better option as this car is very stable and not very powerful, lesser tires make it a little more exciting to drive. 👍

Don't worry, I doubt this will be the only time I run this event
Hopefully do this again, but with more advance notice, or to kick of MTCC

The other thing is would we like to have variable weather? Spice up the track action as well as day and night
Or open it up to the public to increase the amount of people as well.

Big oop's on my part... I just realized that this race is in 30 mins... I'm not available... For some reason I thought it was tonight (Pacific Standard Timezone). I will make every attempt to jump on but there is a very slim chance. Very sorry, guys.

No worries, like I keep saying, I will run this again (but tonight I am still running).
And I will be making the MTCC.

At the moment the room is open for practice, it's friends only at the moment. Any racers wish to enter please send a request and race.

Ok I get what you mean, that maybe an issue with other players. How does the weekend sound any good?

As the drivers took to the start line, gprili took Pole 6 seconds ahead of SSpeedyHedgehog.

As the drivers thundered towards the first corner SSpeedyHedgehog took the lead into the next few corners.

But as they went onto the straight Gprilli had ridiculous speed overtaking SSpeedyHedgehog and taking the lead. That was until they started drafting on the straight. This lead to many overtakes.

The drivers pushed hard and after the straight SSpeedyHedgehog took to the dust but got back on and caught up with Gprilli

Afterwards it would be tight battling between the two equally paired drivers

Gprilli took the lead and stromed of a head. But took to the dust on the chicane and SSpeedyHedgehog caught up for more battling.

Both Drivers would have a major incident, Gprilli went wide, put SSpeedyHedgehog on the dirty side of the track and causing him to push Gprilli and himself into the kitty litter

Though it got dark Gprilli caught the lead and grasped a massive gap though retiring and concluding a fantastic race between the two drivers.

If The Race Was ReRun During Next Weekend Around The Same Time, Would Drivers Be Able To Make It?
