This car is a nightmare with stock settings. Messed around for an hour an I think I've found a good tune. Upgrades were rear spoiler and all tuning shop upgrades except the permanent engine increases. I might get those later but I've tried an F1 with them and it was nearly impossible to control... though a decent tune could fix some of that. The diff was definitely the trickiest thing to nail down here. Anyway

McLaren F1 - 761hp/970kg

Downforce
20 Front (locked) / 65 Rear

Transmission
242mph

LSD
20 / 15 / 15

Suspension
Ride Height -15 / -15
Springs 14.5 / 13.5
Dampers 5 / 5 / 5 / 5
AR Bars 1 / 3

Camber 2 / 1.5
Toe -0.05 / 0.10

Brake Balance
7 / 5

Let me know what you think if you try it out.

Really? The F1 is currently my most favourite car in the garage. In fact it now has over 1500kms on it :D

I have it fully tuned to 883HP and 970KG.

I kept the stock transmission as that seems to work well for most tracks.

My tune is:

Suspension
Ride Height -28 / -25
Springs 17.3 / 17.3
Dampers 7 / 7 / 7 / 7
AR Bars 1 / 1

Camber 2 / 2.5
Toe -0.00 / 0.20

Brake Balance 5/5

Full downforce and no LSD.

I'm surprised you're getting away with such soft springs and incredibly low ride height. When I tried to lower it that much I was rubbing like no tomorrow. You should try stiffening it up and I guarantee you see a performance increase.

I tried running it stiffer and it became too twitchy for my tastes. I do have to raise the ride height up for the 'Ring otherwise it spends most of its time on the bump-stops.
